That you showed up there is a multimedia laptop. The GeForce Nvidia graphics are very weak compared to their GTX counterpart which are meant for gaming. And that laptop won't play anything even on medium settings.
That's by the way, that laptop in your link looks razz and dirty (no offense to the owner) compared to what you are looking for. Shipping alone will take around 30% of that 90k. The cheapest pickup is fee is $30. And I still haven't seen a gaming or multimedia laptop below $300 on offerup. I got a Lenovo yoga lately for $300 and it came with a core i7 and GTX 960m plus shipping and pickup cost me $400+
