Over the past few months of graduation and concluding NYSC, I have come across various job adverts, tests and even some interviews. One new trend stands out! Age! Access bank: 24 years or below Ecobank: Max of 27 by December 2013 i.e. 26 or below PWC: I think around 26 or 25 too Wema: Not too sure but someone reported they are looking for 25 or below! All these and more are the Fresh graduate Jobs that at times some request for 2-5 years working experience! In all, I am not against any organizational policy, but as a matter of fact, the age issue and experience years sorted, does it worth it or not?
