Hello nlers .. I subscribed for 50mb which costs 200 on the 17th of April .. the 200naira was deducted and a confirmation message sent to me that the 50mb is now active.. Since I started browsing with it on My fone.. My credit gets deducted nd leaving the bundle intact.. All my airtime credit has been deducted and I can't browse on the internet.I have called customer care they keep apologising with no solution.. Pls help !!!! 2 Likes

Happened to me too, N2100+ washed away yet I have an active subscription. Bleep anything MTN. I haven't been able to speak to a customer staff all day. Either I can't hear them or they can't hear me. What's the NCC doing about all these? |

twinkle.:. Simply switch of ur fone and put it back on,it will solve the problem as long as u still hav ur bundle balance intact.. |
