You can give it to the chairman/secretary of your local government or an assistance commissioner of police as stated on the form.

emmanuel4fire: For those facing difficulty with reprinting of form. This what you will do:
1. Go to their website, click on login at the top right corner of the web page.
2. Once the login page is open, insert your username and password.
3. Once you have been logged in, your name will appear at the top right corner of the web page. Click on your name and it will take you to a page where you have your account details.
4. At the top of the page click on application form. Then it will take you to the previous page you filled when applying initially. Thereafter keep clicking ön next till you reach the page where you have the "finish". When you click on finish your application will be submitted. And thereafter you can then print out your forms.
Note: In some browser such as internet explorer 7 you might need to open the pop up window. To do this, click on tools at the top of the menu bar, then click on internet option and then click on privacy. Go down and untick the pop up window box, click on apply and then ok. You pop up window will be enabled and then you can now print out your forms. In some browser such as mozilla fire fox just click on tools and then privacy and untick your pop up window and then click on ok.

Courses which are not directly stated can apply. Got people who were given the job not based exactly on Naval requirements but based on their competence. That's why I always advice to apply under a course very close to yours. For examples yours fall under Education corp ; political science and international relations.
