You just took the words right out of my mouth (or is it from my fingers). I've been thinking of that too and I think it will go a long way in encouraging these guys share their knowledge for some of us to overcome the headache and sleepness night our phones put us into.

I'm totally in support of the idea.

If you don't use or recharge your sim for 120days it will be blocked and recycled into the market(so i was told by MTN C.C Agent).What if,you are using it for just browsing without recharge?
Somebody asked me this question today and my reply was: Browsing is still an activity,hence it won't be Blocked. Guess am right

yeah, it's still active becos data are sent and received from/to the SIM.
