Firstly, apart from the brewies and yoghurt manufacturing firms, there are really no biotech companies in nigeria.

Biotechnology, just like every other off shoot of the biological sciences is research oriented, the main aim is to conduct research on how living organisms can be of use to man economically.

If you want to do biotechnology, make up your mind that you are either going to end up being a lecturer in one of our universities or a research officer in one of our government owned research institutes.

Nigeria is not as technologically advanced as the western world. We are behind. I advice you to go abroad for studies if you want to continue along this path. Don't bother studying biotechnology in any of our universities, believe me, its not worth it.

Lastly, I suggest you go for a professional undergraduate course like medicine, physiotherapy or even medical laboratory science. Its better you consider these options. The economic situation in Nigeria can make you abandon your dreams. Biotechnology is not economically viable in this country

I can't because it involves posting the personal details of someone. Its better we meet off this site. Anyway google NACGRAB/NABDA first and familiarise yourself with them through their website. I directed ndprudent to someone there who can help him get started. So if you are interested get in touch.
