Most android phones can be upgraded OTA. It depends on your manufacturer and jellybean custom rom doesn't equate to having jellybean OS for now.

Go to settings>applications>development and enable USB debugging. Then open super user and close and go to your screenshot app. You're good to go.

Restart ur phone holding 2geda ur volume buttons till it displays a command menu. select boot device it will clear all installed apps data n restart as factory settings
