But if they cannot control themselves, they should marry, for it is better to marry than to burn with passion.

The Bible's advice is that people should get married if they cannot control themselves, but in some marriages today one partner uses $e$ to purnish the other and the excusss is that there are more important things than $e$ in a marriage. When the man is performing all his duties as a husband and the woman is using $e$ to purnish the man, what can the righteous do?
