Hello fellow N'landers, i loaded an air time and i called a friend and while i was talking i head one minute remaining and i thought it was the network i continued with the call and eventually i got disconnected and when i checked my account balance it was 0,00 i was suprise. The call i made was not even up to three minutes. And i have #352 in my account before the call. since then i have been trying to talk with a customer care and it is not going through. If there is anybody in the house that have an idea about what is happening please he/she should share. |
