I saw this image on facebook and I seriously doubt the veracity but As a 9ja man I gave it a second shot. I no wan miss awoof (hopefully it doesn't run my belle). Considering that Mr Bill gates is a known philanthropist one may consider it true but I don't think he'll choose this media to dole out his hard earned cash.
