physise: my subscription is still onYour phone type? Follow my exact instructions on your Nokia phone or modem interface it must work. Make sure ur APN remains blackberry.net, maybe that's where you are mistaking. |

Well this is my experience with bis n mtn of late, it stopped working fews days ago. The driod vpn works when used properly, it lasts for a day dunno abt allocated mb but i download way more than 100mb for sure(i downloaded mine from a google search n its different frm the one on the google play store). I also noticed that sometimes I browse free without credit or mb, its complicated n no conclusion can be made since what works for me might not work for you. Am using tecno n3 posted this with the help of driod vpn. Still experimenting with it tho, i heard airtel bis works well, any valid proof? |

Dunno, mine works well. Currently updating ma apps, am using a custom rom tho, don't know if it has any effect in this. |

please guys,I have problem with d sim1 slot of my tecnop3. it is always showing deactivated and anytime I try to enable it, it says com.android stop unexpectedly. I h as have done factory reset twice bt to no avail. anybody with useful information should please help. |

The truth is that droidvpn works through ICMP well for those with rooted phones from gingerbread and above. For those with ICS and above droidvpn works through UDP port 500 but asks for root access when you want to use ICMP. Even at the UDP port 500 has not really been stable for many. For those that said their BIS browses direct, its either that they have some data lurking somewhere and they dont know it, like a friend said yesterday that his own browses direct until he started getting 50%,90% messages from MTN for the 2hr plan he did like a month ago and stopped then, or some people are just plain lucky, so it wont work for all persons. Then for those using android 4.0 and above, also those using Ipad/Iphone, I have goodnews for you. With the help of OpenVPN Connect and some VPN server files, which you pay a token for monthly, you can use your MTN BIS again. Visit my signature for details. |
