pls is any other person experiencing this on Mtn, data connection keeps fluctuating n causing downloads to stop n is there any solution to this

That could be true, but sometimes it could be network ish... I experienced something similar last week when my BBC subscription was still one day old.... I called their. Customer care and they confirmed it was network problem in my location...
