Dear Nairalanders, Would appreciate your knowledge in helping me figuring out these seven questions about business,

1. Can i register a company with different Manufacturing Products( e.g dangote milk,dangote rice,dangote bread) or can i make it under one umbrella

2. Please though have been thought in school but guess i need more Highlight on Plc,Ltd and Network(johnson tomas network).

3. Is it possible for me to get a personal Lawyer and a Lawyer for my Company or is it one for all.

4. What if someone is using my copyright logo, Products without my permission how do i sue him/her.

5. What are the Various Documents , e.t.c That am gona need for my quest(starting up a firm/company/organisation).

6. Is it possible for an individual to buy off a company that is not her/his in the begining.

7. In writing an MOU/MOA in a company/firm, does it involves legal counsel or can it be done without legal counsel.

The answer to your questions are

1. You can register one company and articulate in your memarts that you would be carrying out one or more of those objects.

2. You should have a lawyer, who could be either on retainership or you pay him one off.He could act for both you and your company.

3. Yes, it is advisable to register your products under trade marks register, i am doing one for a client at the moment, who is importing energy drinks but is afraid of Ibo boys.

4. You will need names of directors, registered address etc for the Company
