Hello guys. A guy asked for a logo on a post. This is what i came up with.
Pls help me a helpful criticism. I wld like to know some reasons why this one won't fly. Thanks 4 ur help sirs.

I actualy desinged d D and K fonts myself.

A good logo must be printable in black and white without reduction in its details

@sojimade. Ur point is well acknowledged bro. Though i am not quite inclined to using the word 'must' in creative art.
Ur point indeed is a big criteria, but i believe there are cases where tht is not needed depending on the mediums (sometimes restricted) on which d logo ll be used.
I admit u cld be right on this one though considering tht it is a freight company. Thanks bro.

Looks okay to me compared to many logos I see here. The word "freight" which is an important element of the business deserves better than being in the small unnoticed font.

@ Dewze try to Keep the logo design simple. You shud knw tha logos cannot convey everything about the company, so do not try to throw in everything into the design. The idea is to say what is most important and since its a freight company Ɣøµ shud try and design a logo that can be printed in black and white,, (get some some fonts too, there are millions of fonts online)

@napolitano. Thanks a lot bro. I actualy did not feel the need to make the freight text big cause I thot the images of a plane, bus and ship already says what d logo is about. what do u think sir?

I feel wht u say abt not throwing everything at a design. I desinged everything in photoshop (another rule broken i guess). it is a software tht i'm just getting to know and so i tend to want to experience evrything on it once. I ll say tht 4 now i am like a child tht just walked into a newly opened candy store. I want to lick it all at a go, so to say. So pls indulge me 4 d now. I'm sure with time and with helpful tips and criticisms like this from guys like u i wld ve taken care of those lapses u mentioned.

I think you should spread the 'frieght' by increasing the character spacing so it looks more matured like attached

Wel 4 me de logo is a 2 busy, n de ship is ova shadowed by de red. De primary colours r makin it luk child lik. N it will b difficult 2 design by hand if de case arise.(in case of a banner). De k is nt acurate cuz de upper hand is a bit bigger dan de lower 1. A piece of advice, if u r given such a wrk, try alot of scatches n ideas, it will b easier 2 selct 1 out of it
