Mobile Number Portability is a service which enables you retain your mobile number when switching from one network to another network.

Benefits Of Mobile Number Portability

* It will enable you to keep your mobile number when switching from one network to another.

* You don't need to inform anyone of number change.

* It gives you the flexibility to port from any network to your preferred network operator.

Implications Of Porting Your Number

a: Any airtime on your existing network will be forteited after porting your number to another network.

b: Porting can only be done once in 90 days.

c: Data bundle plans with your current network operator will be lost.

d: You will be ported as a prepaid customer. If you need postpaid service, request for it after the initial prepaid activation.
