Applicants must possess a minimum of 1st Degree from a recognized University.

Category B
INSPECTORATE CADRE
a. Inspectors; Applicants must be holder of HND obtained from accredited Polytechnic.
b. Asst. Inspector; Applicants must be holder of NCE/OND from a recognized Institution or GCE ‘A’ level in 2 subjects……
c. Prison/Immigration Assistant II (IA2); Applicants must be holder of SSCE, GCE or its equivalents with credit of not less than 5subjects with English& Maths. Inclusive…….
d. Prison/Immigration Assistant III (IA3); Applicants must be holder of S.75 from Govt. Approved Sec. Schl. or JSSCE holder.

Category C
ARTISANS
Motor Mech., Welding, Carpentry &Joinery, Electrical Technicians, Plumber e.t.c

2. METHOD OF APPLICATION
Applicants must submit handwritten application and photocopies of the following items;
i. CV ii. Birth Certificate/Declaration of age iii. Local Govt. Identification Letter
iv. 2 recent Passport photographs v. NYSC Discharge Cert. or Exemption Letter

Category B & C; application to be submitted to the nearest State/Immigration Command.
