@otoks i have nothing else to say but when the list is out i will like u to show me any first choice cand that is included.

I was informed by someone that the supplementary list would be out by September 23. How true is that?

ok dearie, in either case you are out that is theoretically. 178 1st choice is below 180 and your second choice average is way too low so you may just forget about it and try basic.

If JAMB changes its mind then you may considered in the final list (assuming there is such a thing then)

I had 232 in my first choice OAU. but list is not out on their web, though my aggregate was little below cut off. my aggregate is 238.5. just hope maybe uniport considers me. But one thing is certain I'll testify in this thread by God's grace.

I was once here! Its not a surprise to me seeing different kinds of post, argument, threat, encouragement, & etc. One thing is sure! The truth is always the truth no matter what. Your post utme scores or admission status cannot be changed here, if u wil be admitted you wil see ur name in uniport list. So just belief on what God have to say about your admission not what uniport said beCause God can break the rules of uniport admission and somebody who do not pass the cutoff will gain admission.

Concerning tajud & soundtruth. The both of them have a point but something is just complicated. Concerning those who are going to admission office: one man will go and meet somebody who will tell him one and another will go who will meet another person who will also tell him another. My advice to all the aspirant is that, if you are still in doubt of your admission in uniport and you have an alternative, dont hesitate to go for it. Instead of putting your eggs in a basket that cannot carry them. In my own time which is last year. Second list was for first choice and high scoring second choice, which means it was for both. Things are changing......

@SOUNDTRUTH, I GOT 195 JAMB AND IN PUTME I GOT 184 IN CIVIL ENGINEERING AND 232 IN MATHS AND STATS. IST AND 2ND CHOICE RESPECTIVELY. AS REGARDS TO THE 2ND CHOICE, WE WERE ONLY 15 PEOPLE THAT GOT 184 AND ABOVE. TEN OF THEM WAS ADMITTED IN THE IST LIST. AND I AM THE FOURTH IN MATHS AND STATS IN GENERAL. AND CURRENTLY I AM THE HIGHEST WITH REGARDS TO THE REMAINING FIVE PEOPLE AND AM THE ONLY DELTAN LEFT. SO SOUNDTRUTH OR OTOX. WHAT ARE MY CHANCES?

Second choice candidate don't worry the list will testify, don't belive wot they say 4 they are nt God. In my case I was told I have to score 250 and above b4 I cud be admitted bt neither my utme or putme score was upto 250 but was admitted. So just keep ur fingers crosse believing God.

There is currently a demonstration at the Choba junction of the East West road by members of the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS). People travelling through that route are stranded there; if only they know they can turn around and route through airport road to Elele and back to East West road. Over 50 policemen are there watching; its a lazy demonstration, they cannot even raise up the placards. Guess when they are tired they will go.
