sir, I know of someone that couldn't make up to 180 in her UTME but, made more than half in her certificate examination. ..

was thinking there will be a certificate to year 1 list but since it was joined with the others (in last list).

You must have at least 180 in UTME to transit from remedial to year 1, kindly advice candidate to repeat cert and buy another Jamb form.
