People who bought land from you so far in Agbara/Lusada area, how did they verify the genuineness of the documents/land?

How much do you also try to ensure any land you're selling is genuine?

Because there's so much land scam out there and even an agent can inadvertently (especially if he just takes the seller/supposed owner's word for it) offer problem land to people to buy.

@maclovington: i dont wrk with fraudulent surveyors and si called land agent.evry land i hv been involved with is either with d baale or head chief of d area or a rightful owner trying to resale thats y i do my own due diligence and i guide my reputation jealously.
as u can see i hv a small verified portfolio and am not offering hundreds of acres of scam land 4 sale.
Like i told u bfore am more into d construction part, ds is secondary.whilst building 4 pple arnd dat axis that ow i knw the sellers so far so good its been smooth sale.i wont touch a problem land with 10ft pole!
