plain and simple the app is a pain in the azz.

It's also helpful because you can send pics using the net rather than picture messaging which costs dumb amounts (UK)

I swear, 75% of my whatsapp conversations are pictures/emoticons

Cool Kizzy: whatsapp is the trending chat app. though it has it's flaws, once you join, you will be discoverable by anybody that gets hold of your phone number. there are some people in my contact list i wont like to chat with though they have my number. all the same it is cool

ladanski: i don't know about other platforms but I ran it on android and the app was just great. It automatically syncs your phone contacts with the app and checks which of those contacts are on chaton. It is also data-friendly (it uses very little of your data resources.). Problem I faced was being unable to use the app on Wifi network and being unable to login with a different sim card.

pato station: There are so many useless applications out there. I don't waste my time on them. Facebook, Email, Twitter is just enough for me. Especially when other social media like Nairaland, Naij.com, and Sahara Reporters are also there to complement the other ones.
