Actually subscribin' to any of their BB packages would get your line activated, Etisalat did not restrict their 3G services to blackberry users, I simply subscribed for the daily plan and got my line 3G provisioned, |

ive subscribe for the 200 mb plan but my 3g still wont comeup and the cc is not helping matters atall |

switch off the phone, take out the battery, leave for a few minutes and switch back on. it was advised by their cc and it worked for me. My phone started showing 3.5g after that |

I have being trying to get BIS on my BB from etisalat. Have done hard reset, I have put of and on the phone. I have send Host Routine Table but nothing seems to be happening can anybody help |

benzion72:Try to make sure your DATA SERVICES is turned ON. It is located under MOBILE NETWORK OPTIONS . Try to call customer care on 200, select a native language so they'll pick d call faster. Cheers |

If you have tried all options and you are still unable to get 3g signals try contacting the helpline to have 3g activated on the line. It might be that the 3g was deactivated after another service was activated or deactivated. Sometimes on Etisalat lines, when a blackberry service is deactivated, it knocks of 3G as well. A call to the Data Helpline should solve the problem. A data agent can have the service reactivated in minutes. Hope this helps. |
