We are looking for a Business Development Manager - Management Consulting Services who will work with management team to identify appropriate business opportunities from new and existing clients. The candidate will prospect for potential leads, uncover needs within those prospects and qualify those leads to the wider team at the company. The candidate will also work with this team to propose solutions for existing clients and win business from new clients
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Develop and execute an effective plan for identifying appropriate project opportunities.
• Ability to produce reports and letter
• Ability to use Microsoft office suite well
• Ability to type really fast
• Candidates must be extremely articulate and have the can-do attitude
REQUIREMENTS
• Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to think logically
• Excellent presentation, listening and consulting skills are vital, and Business Development Managers should be able to process a wide range of information and communicate it clearly to the customer or employee they are dealing with.
• Strong leadership skills and should be able to manage and motivate a wide range of people so that the sales team hits its targets.
• Candidates must be able to quickly prioritize jobs under pressure, and be able to anticipate the changing needs of customers and clients.
• Candidates should be outgoing and friendly and exceptional at building rapport.
