Dfavouredone: 43k during the training for 4mnths. then 163k for the next 6mnths before confirmation. and then 138k after confirmation. source, last year's trainee. I don't think I agree with this! 2 Likes |

@ all, I will advice you focus on ur assessment centre and channel ur energy into making sure you are successful IN THIS PROCESS.. Knock-off all thoughts of what you should expect as regards pay. d Extra info is u shld wear black, navy blue or grey suit wt shirt n tie 4 guys and suit 4 ladies, come et biro, pencil and eraser, come wt a valid ID card, u'll be require 2 participate in presentatn, scenario based exercise,competency based interview and group discussion, d msh also contains ur date time and venue. It was fine, just got home, left ther e around 6:30,time is d enemy, u av to read and assimilate fast and reproduce, d presentation is straightfoward, remember to animate ur slide,give points in short bullet formats not paragraph, d interview was taxing, make sure u av already tackled possible questions b4 goin and during group discussion be courteous when speakin 2 ur counterparts, and pls remember to read all pages of given material. it was a new experience sha 1 Like |

AC (Assessment Center) for inside AC (Air Conditioner) no be beans oh. Its actually a wonderful experience, it brings out the best in you. My Abuja folks, i wish you guys the best. My Lag Potential FBN staff, my advice for you is "just relax", AC requires that you be at your best which can only be achieved when you relax else one might perform poorly. 20 mins @ the AC is as gud as 5mins in the real world so u need speed and accuracy. We actually dont need more information than we have got on this thread, its just that we need to prepare for the one on one competence interview, what they need are practical scenerios so prepare examples of your leadership experience, hw you were able to handle the black sheep of your group/team, hw you carried everyone on the team along, hw you established relationship with team members, hw you monitored them, hw well you can be a part of a team e.t.c. One important thing is that you need practical examples to convince your assessor and ensure consistence in your examples. Once again pls relax and be yourself it will do you a lot of good. You are the only one that can stop yourself from getting into the academy. Best of God folks. |

Hey guys, there's actully nothing more I can say in additn to wat d enugu people and abuja people hv sed without standing d risk of repeating wat has already bn sed. Trust me, u don't need to read a thing. All u need do is rest properly as u'll hav lots of materials to read, analyse, discuss, make recommendatns and answer questns on. U don't want to go there with tired eyes. Also, type directly unto ur slides while preparing ur PP. 20mins is such a short tym wn ure on dat seat. What more can I say? Just b urself!! Seriously, u shd avoid trying to wear a new personality cos u'll tire out and d charade will likely b spotted b4 d end of d AC. All d best to u guys in lag... |

If you are coming from Abeokuta, i suggest you enter Lagos via Ojota (its easier getting to FBN TS, Iganmu). Take a BRT headed to TBS, alight @ Costain, walk a little till u get to the roundabout, take keke Marwa to Abebe village (the training school is located at the left just as you pass Nigerian breweries) 3 Likes |
