Unlike the thread of other banks,this one is beginning to deviate. Who has any info on documentation and medicals. Cos if d dates for these r known then we can forecast training skul.

1.Birth certificate/age declaration from local ,state or federal hospitals only.no private hospitals
2.SSCE cert with date of birth on it.
3.Bsc cert/notification of result wit registra signature on it
4.NYSC cert.

Also 1) NYSC discharge/exemption.
2) Government marriage certificate for married ladies.
3) Sworn declaration of name for those that have changed their names.

I will advice u go to court n get Age Declaration and keep it as A backup. you never can tell. plus d Age Declaration process is very cheap n easy.

Birth certificate from local government secretariat is also acceptable. I think it is also easy to get
