I really feel for the contract staff at Access Bank. I joined the Bank from GTB last year August and i was surprised to hear the Bank pay their contract staff 75K. Some have spent more than Five years with this Bank and their salary has never been increased yet they work from 8am to 9pm. I hear the new salary is 114k but i think the bank can still do better.

Good question...she should know that in some banks, their contract staffs receive as low as 65k.

If they increased contract staff salary,,does it mean they increased across board..I doubt..if they did increase,,I heard dat it was only a few people andthe staffs did not knw †ђξ criteria that was used.most of †ђξ contract staff complained that †ђξ judgement/or scorecard for rating them was decided by †ђξ branch managers.there's noo set standards use to measure their performance.so if ur BM doesn't like Ʊ andmarks Ʊ low,then Ʊ re as good as nothing..unlike †ђξ professional staff who know wat their appraisals should be.I know a lot of people who hav put I̶̲̥̅̊n̶̲̥̅̊ so much effort for this bank yet re not recognized.there shld be a bench mark,so that people will know wat to look forward to,kne wen dey re doing well ,wen dey re not..I̶̲̥̅̊n̶̲̥̅̊ my opinion,these contract staffs re †ђξ ones that come I̶̲̥̅̊n̶̲̥̅̊ contact with †ђξ banks customers,much more than †ђξ prof staff,,I belive dey shld be more appreciated ,than this once I̶̲̥̅̊n̶̲̥̅̊ a life time Bonuses...IF professional staffs re appraised nd promoted yearly,,why shld contract staff be appraised /promoted once I̶̲̥̅̊n̶̲̥̅̊ 5years Am I sensing INEQUALITY,INJUSTICE,I stand to be corrected
