I will have to go with New York. New York is the winner, hands down. There might be less crime overall in London, BUT it's not got the vibrance, 24/7 activity, variety or feel of New York.If you can't find it in New York, it either doesn't exist or it's not worth having. Empire state building,Times Square, Madison Square garden, Central park, shopping on fith avenue, broadway shows and Dont forget the statue of liberty. Anyway which city is your favorite? |

I from Houston TX, spent 4 days in England last week: saw liverpool, London, etal. To be honest, England is not up to par with US . US beats Englands to every bits . The only good thing there is their transportation . Even the Nigerian in UK are pitiful, and sufferin g. Houston alone, without New York can handle a country like UK easily and it is a fact |

london is just like new york with betta transportation!!! :d |
Re: New York Vs London by bigbumper(f): 7:47pm On May 01, 2008 |
PrincessMo: Heaven help us if you consider travelling in a tube packed like sardines and waiting hours for buses to turn up good transportation. At least in America where bus services stops around the evening, they always come on time and their Metro system ain't half bad too. Still though, it's London all the way. |

LondonCool: And by that you mean the sound financial system of bolting the stable door once the horses had bolted. And I am sure you know how easy it is to become a mortgage broker regardless of your immigration status. |
Re: New York Vs London by LondonCool(m): 11:54am On May 03, 2008 |
big_bumper: Its one thing to take CiMap exams to become a certified mortgage broker (anyone on a visit visa can get it) , its another to become an FSA approved mortgage broker-(thats where the stammering starts) |

Re: New York Vs London by PrincessMo(f): 4:45pm On May 04, 2008 |
Ugh. . .New York. . .well I jus don't like the US generally so that is ma first bias. But yeah wuheva. . .I still prefer London. big_bumper: Seriously tho, New York and London have shittier transportation than the rest of Europe (I mean France, Spain, BELGIUM, Netherlands) but yeah I still think London has betta transportation than New York. Every public transportation is bound to have people packed like Sardines at sum point. . .come on! during rush hour. . Plus apart from the tubes, the national rail services for examples, those are EXCELLENT!! Jus ma opinion. . . |
Re: New York Vs London by bigbumper(f): 6:28pm On May 04, 2008 |
PrincessMo: Ehen, see as you dey take side concede small small , If I had to pay over £4000 to travel into London on the National Rail service, I would expect their service to be more than excellent. |
Re: New York Vs London by PrincessMo(f): 7:12pm On May 04, 2008 |

Re: New York Vs London by bigbumper(f): 8:18pm On May 04, 2008 |
PrincessMo: means that you are slowly agreeing with style, that New York is better than London . |

Things i hate about New york. Miami can be a great place for visitation, but to live there is calling for suicide, esp. at night @post I don't like any of those places for long stay Too crowded and smelly, lol. I'll rather stay in North Florida . But London and NY are both cool for visitation. I like my warm weather, not thinking of freezing my both in NY |
Re: New York Vs London by PrincessMo(f): 9:02pm On May 04, 2008 |
@big_bumper hahaha!! naw. . .London's betta than New York. . .chapter closed! |
Re: New York Vs London by bigbumper(f): 11:37pm On May 04, 2008 |
PrincessMo: No way, the chapter would only close when the tube starts running to full efficiency and I am able to get a seat, no reclining bed, in rush hour. |
Re: New York Vs London by PrincessMo(f): 8:34am On May 05, 2008 |
big_bumper: Oh come now gurl, be realistic! Ok ok I have a solution for u. If u ride from the beginning of the line (maybe the first or second station), U'll get a seat I promise. . .lol |

Cadet:You're totally right. New york has one of the (if not the) biggest cities in the US. Cool, but i would only like to go there for shoppin' sprees, etc. It's only 5 hours away from here, we got the same weather and everythin'--> too damn cold in the winter! I'll like to move to the south or a warmer state---> Fl, TX, GA, etc. . .As for London, i'll only like to visit there also. . .i don't think they got nice clothes but i'll like to visit tho, don't wanna live there with their accent and all, they crack me up!! |
Re: New York Vs London by Cadet(f): 10:52pm On May 05, 2008 |
chiogo: LOL!! you should come and see how my professor tortures us with British Documents that we have to watch! kai!! Come to Florida jare, warm weather all year round, full of beaches, shopping malls, and attractions and many more . Georgia is good too, but is almost as cold as NY Come to the sunshine states for a month and you'll catch your fun. NY and London are just the best place to shop |
Re: New York Vs London by chiogo(f): 11:09pm On May 05, 2008 |
