i have not been able to pay the 1k to get my validation number. Every bank i went to said that the payment is not avaliable. I don't knw wat to do again. Pls som1 shld with a helpful post shld help out. |

while people have been complaining about inability to print acknowledgment card or unable to register... i just paid at Ecobank(iyana ipaja), after which i visited d cafe nd within a minute printed my acknowledgment card without stress. the major reason while pipu find it difficult to print theirs might b because the edited their forms(note, wen u edit ur application, d transaction num on ur form changes nd if u go to bank with d old form u printed nd make payment, den the validation num cant be used. make sure u went to bank wif d latest printout edition of ur application form. goodluck |

Pls those that are stl experiencing difficulties trying 2 view acknowledgement slip should bear it in mind dat it is a network/technical problem. Whether u edited after payment or not is not d problem. The transaction number whether changed or not is not d problem. The two important numbs required are d applicatn nos and dat of validity nos. I once experienced such,when I called dere customer care they apologised 2 me dat d problem is all frm them dat I shouldn't bother. They demanded 4 my name,date of transaction,my application and validity nos whc I sent 2 them. I also mailed dem. They responded 2 me dat my validity nos is valid only dat d payment has not reflected dat as soon my payment reflects I will be able 2 print my acknowledgement slip. And I was able 2 view and print d next 2 days. The below image was d initial response I got 4rm dem. 1 Like

In my own Opinion u can edit buh please make sure print d latest edition to proceed to bank cuz ur transaction num changes each time u edit...buh once u av gone to d bank to submit d form 4 payment nd u av received or still waitin 4 ur validation num..please I won't advice u to Edit cuz d validation ID u will receive might not work for it anymore... This registration is vewi easy nd stressless..I av applied for more dan 10people nd no issue of invalid validation num.. |
