This tragic story highlights the need for parents to be diligent and stop leaving small children in the care of older siblings. A 15-year-old Utah boy is in custody and charged with the deaths of his younger brothers, Roland Martin reports. The youngest boy’s body was found by their mother when she returned home, according to police. The 10-year-old’s body was found by police officers who responded to the home.
