Guys please do not let anyone discourage you about the voting method I passed around. I didn't know about the one @fork adict dropped previously, so I can't tell whether it works or not. I assure you this one works.

I have done a thorough investigation on the bba web voting system, and came to the conclusion it doesn't detect IP. Just set your country to any country of your choice, and you are good to go.
