Pls I want to know if this will affect my traveling document in the future as a family:

My date of birth on my wedding certificate is not the same on my Passport.

If it will affect especially when traveling with my wife, pls what should I do to avoid such.

Yes its going to affect ur application if you are ask to show ur marriage cert , i will advice you to go back to the registry to make the correction ,
