 Yes! magazine reports that the former Oceanic Boss, Cecilia Ibru has shamefully relocated back to her village in Agbahor Otoh, Delta state. The fair skinned finance guru has been lying very very low ever since her many sins were exposed by the current CBN govenor, Sanusi Lamido.
