Is Nigeria's Democracy, Democratic? by onimcee1(m): 10:07am On May 29, 2013
There is nothing democratic about Nigeria democracy. The judiciary has turned to meat market, the legislative arm has become a den for greedy businessmen whereself-serving laws are enacted. The executive arm is so clueless and reckless.Any celeberation is a total waste of time and resources. Politicians especially Goodluck Jonathan should apologise to Nigerians for his woeful performance and careless loss of lives of poor and hapless Nigerians.
They should renew their oath of office and enter into a new contract with Nigerians by signing a bond to be of good moral conduct.Nigerians should also rise up and say NO to the authocratic tendencies of Mr. President or else Nigeria will be plunged into avoidable state of anarchy.
As Nigeria celebrates fourteen years of uninterrupted democracy since 1999, I wish Nigeria well, and pray for peace everywhere in the country especially in the troubled areas: the states in the North that are being terrorized by some agents of the devil. As I wish Nigeria well, it shall be well with me. You too wish Nigeria well and it shall be well with you. Pls encourage Nigerians and leave your word of advice.

Comrade KiLaMuWaAye Speaks...Democracy Day is a public holiday in Nigeria. It is held annually on 29 May.
The holiday commemorates the return of democracy in Nigeria on May 29, 1999 when Olusegun Obasanjo took office as President of Nigeria. President Obasanjo was the first elected and civilian head of state in Nigeria after 16 years of military rule. This day is very important to Nigerians because it is the day that every citizen gained the right to speak. It is the day people stopped living in fear and were free from the rule of the gun. Frm d above analysis, it is very clear d@t Nigeria and Nigerians are still wallowing in d state Of Corruption Documentation, Fundamental Right, Ethno Religious crisis Or economic crisis dt as tkn religious colouration in d Country...In Nigeria 2Day Democracy is No More d government Of d people, By d People and For d People...Is now d Government Of d Greed, By D Greed and For D Greed....Government Of d Elites, By Elites and For D Elites....Government Of d Cabal's, By d Cabal's and For d Cabal's...With dis Fact I Comrade KiLaMuWaAye Reduce D relevance Of Celebrating Democracy Day...Is notin 2 apric8t anymore But Demonstration Of Craziness(Fela Kuti)......Inshort, We need To renegotiate d Character Of NigeRia State.. I submit
