According 2 d interviewer during my own session, d job'l last 4 1 mnth in d 1st instance, wit possibility of an xtension after d initial 1 mnth. He also said everyone selected 'l be invited 4 fresh discussion incase of an xtension. As 4 ur 2nd question(pay package), I strongly believe dat'l be made known 2moro b4 commencement of training proper.

From the look of things, you guys might be 'making' outbound calls to subscribers (maybe those that PORTed to MTN or high-end customers). The training should give you clues as to what your job will entail.
