Please has anyone having issues with PCOS made positive progress.was diagnosed ☀̤̣̈̇f Ȋ̝̊̅†̥ for some yrs now and hav been on meds since then.i innitially made progress wit metformin bt lately had reactions τ̅☺ Ȋ̝̊̅†̥. S̶̲̥̅☺ now I'm thinking ☀̤̣̈̇f trying herbal supplements Cos TTC now but i've nt been successful in sourcing any locally in nigeria.sisters with similar experience kindly advice on any u source here in d country and its success rate

Hi, yes I was diagnosed with pcos, got pregnant after laparoscopy surgery same month in Feb, 2012, but miscarriage in April 2012, I 've been on metformin too with Clomid for 8cycles but without success.move on to injectables for 3cycles, and bamm am pregnant again am 2months pregnant and everything looks great, we had our baby heartbeat at 6weeks few days, don't give up, I know how hard is it to be positive, but 've faith and pray harder u will be a mum.sending a lot of baby dust to u.

Congratulation dear,pls  would like to ask if u took those injectables in the hospital and was monitored and were u still taking metformin. Then u mentioned some drugs in ttc thread did u take those ones too during those three cycle. Then did u take clomid too.

Hi @mummyf, will do,@hafsy22,congrats deary,u will hv d strenght ☀̤̣̈̇f hebrew women when D̶̲̥̅̊A̶̲̅τ̲̅ day comes*smiles*.i've actually been on bromocriptin, BC pills,then metformin and clomid for close τ̅☺ 8cycles too in d past.and with ferverent prayers,i fell pregnant jus before i got married and had my lil angel.d dr told me i wouldn't hv issues anymore after childbirth.unfortunately,its bn close τ̅☺ 3yrs now and its still difficult trying τ̅☺ get pregnant again due τ̅☺ pcos.was on weight loss, metf and clomid for 2yrs now and nothing stil. @ Amatu Rahman, Thank u dear, u will soon announce yours insha Allah. yes I was monitored for follicular growth and ovulation, I was on metformin, but stop Clomid, after failed cycles, I was on FSH injections (follicular stimulating hormone) and when d follicles were around 18mm I was giving an injection name chromium.is HMG (human menopausal gonotropins)this injections can lead to hyperstimulation without been monitored it will cause harm than good, and also there is risk for multiples birth such as twins, triplets, quadruplet.for d drugs I mentioned in ttc board I didn't take all d drugs in d 3cycles, I was on baby aspirin &folic acid 5mg daily for almost 4months, but d rest of d drugs was on d cycle I got my BFP.@jadareese, thank u for d prayers, I had laparoscopy too in Feb 2012, which I got my BFP same month but unfortunately had a missed abortion doc diagnosed blighted ovum, since then I wasn't pregnant for a year and half, so I switched to injectables and got pregnant on 3cycles, but Clomid is not allowed to take maximum more than 6cycles, are u still on metformin because it's good for pcos suffers, been on herbal supplements too is a good idea, fertiaid supplements is also good, I had a friend who was diagnosed with pcos refused to take hormonal drugs, she used herbal supplements with a lot of prayers she 've 2kids and currently pregnant 20weeks, I pray u get your BFP soon.baby dust to u, u are in my prayers all."HUGS"
