Job Title:Head, Sales and Marketing

Job Summary: To plan and manage the sales and marketing functions effectively, implementing aggressive marketing strategies that will engender the attainment of the overall revenue objectives of the company. Most especially to continously build a viable customer base to ensure that the sales team continously attains and exceeds given targets. To plan and manage sales and marketing resources effectively towards attainment of agreed target. To provide relevant reports that will engender right decision making and drive towards the attainment of these objectives. To generally inspire the team to drive for achievement of the organizations objective and attaining the position of the foremost IT solutions provider in our environment.

Qualification and skill requirements: Minimum of B.Sc degree or its equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science or Marketing. consummate flair fo the sales and marketing fuctions especially in an IT environment. Minimum of 1 years work experience in similar management position. Membership of relevant professional body will be an advantage.

Key competences and attributes: In depth knowledge of the dealership and distribution process in an IT environment. Relevant analytical skills. Attention to details. proven leadership ability. Assertive , resolute and goal- oriented personality. Great communication, team building and management skills.
