It was definitely bitter-sweet
moment for Miss Okwuikpo, the
best graduating students from
the School of Nursing Science,
Babcock University when she
heard 8 of her family members
died on their way to her
graduation.
She lost her father,
grandmother, sisters, brothers
and cousin in a motor accident
which occurred on Friday in
Port-Harcourt, on their way to
Backcock University, for her
convocation ceremony slated
for Sunday, June 3.
According to the report, the
family hired a Lagos bound 14-
passenger bus from Port-
Harcourt but the bus was
involved in an accident
15minutes after it left the park,
allegedly due to over speeding.
Sources further informed that
her mother, brother in-law and
other two persons are currently
on danger list in the hospital.
The Vice-Chancellor of the
University, Professor Kayode
Makinde drew the emotion of
the audience at the graduation
ceremony when he invited her
to the podium for special
prayers on the death of
members of her family who
died in a motor accident.
Our prayers goes to the living
for speedy recovery and may
the souls of the departed rest
in peace.

8 family members died? That's massive and painful. Pls where that Onolemhen or whatever his name is. The roads are really bad and something should be done urgently.

hmmm, true talk but death is inevitable, when is time to die, no prayer, no precaution, no advice, no treatment etc will stop d death. If some1 is destine to die in Norway he/she will migrate their legally/illegaly to meet death
