Your contribution is important, who is better between Monrinho or Avram Grant? To my own opinion, Monrinho still remains the special one but he has not taken Chelsea to the promise land. Does that mean he has not fulfill? Avram Grant has not won any trophy but he had made history within short period of time. Yes he is still using Morinho's materials which he was not able to manage. Guy, read my tread very well and you will see i mentioned Chelsea. I am not generalising my arguement on career achievement but their achievment with Chelsea.
