Police keeps saying they would try their best to arrest them. As a matter of fact, one of them has been arrested, the rest are still on the run.

Hello Nairalanders,
My sister was recently abducted and gang raped by known 5 boys.
She cries days and nights and have not been able to go out.
What is the best way to handle this issue?
I have reported the matter to the police but they have not been able to arrest these guys yet.

Pls what is the 1st, 2nd and last stage of this issue?
After the arrest, what's next?

I need urgent response.
