Lead in what exactly? Details please.

Political stability, soundness of democratic institutions, ethnic harmony, electricity generation per capita, economic growth, education (primary, secondary, and tertiary), international reputation, natural environment, tourism, less corruption, more civilised people in general.

Nigeria is bigger and more populated, but that doesn't make it better. It can be viewed as an amalgamation of some very mediocre/dismal countries.

What parts of Jersey?

I say you must be a dunce, for real. What parts of Jersey? The parts affected by Hurricane Sandy? Tens of houses out of Tens of Millions of homes are without electricity and youre comparing it to Camerron?! Are you okay? Without that hurricane not even a single home would be without Light. Besides, those whose homes were affected the most---and were left without electricity--- have been living in a hotel at the expense of the Govt. Cameroon is the exact opposite; Tens of Millions of homes without power, while only Tens of Homes got. GTFOH!

By the way, could you imagine life in Cameroon if Paul Biya lived to be over 100yrs old. You guys are dead!
hahahahahahha! He's a camroonain illiterate,he won't understand grin
