Am yet to see the usefulness of this tax charged on company income and petroleum profit, which is a decree enacted in 1998, with the purpose to channel the fund into the development of education. With this kind of fund in place our education system is still deteroriating. Or is it that the body charged with the responsibilities to manage the fund are mismanaging it? Can somone give an insight to this, pls |
