I read something like that there are ''conflicting records'' about the volume of oil sales from the sixties. It's safe to conclude that conflicting records = no records. But this should not suprise you. It's the way of our past ''leaders''. 1 Like |

it's not uncommon for financial records to be shredded by corrupt entities. it happened in enron so why are we shocked if the NNPC did it too. how can u arrest all past presidents if there is literally no evidence. |

Even if there are tangible evidences on the sales record that should call for the arrest of ex presidents; Yaradua does not have the liver to do that. He has made it clear through his presidential aide that he wont probe OBJ, not to talk of arresting the grand masters. |

What a joke, even a small household can hardly do without records of weekly, monthly and annual activities, take ins and expenditures. The country is just full of bullshit when the main source revenue can be toyed with that way,the whole thing is like dull children's play, accountability is zero and nobody cares, ordinary people just mope as if they are the ones at fault. |

Why don't we boycott the service stations in Nigeria instead of trying to boycott British Airways? Why am I not surprised? Suffering and smiling Nigerians who can only fight for "rights" they do not have in Nigeria on foreign soil. When OBJ was Minister of and Minister for Petroleum for donkey years, how do we expect records? |

It's a shame! Unless the underlying problems surrounding crude oil in Nigeria are resolved, there is no way this nonsense will stop. |

Akolawole: That would be arresting all members of the Federal Executive Council. |

I blame GEJ for this lack of record for 40 years sale of oil, he did nothing all through the 40 years. 1 Like |
