100shades: Nairalanders, those of us that participated in the training after passing the said interview, has anyone received any information from access bank? As per invitation for a test?
I'm tired of keeping fingers crosssed concerning this info. Please let share what we have or knw

Keeping your fingers crossed? Small time you go cross your legs, cos U-connect and Access bank are the best jokers around. Their recruitment style is crazy, after U-connect's sham tests and interviews, then one hilarious induction, where you are told to expect a call from Access bank, meanwhile this precedes the whole access bank recruitment process.

This time, you will write a very nice test (100 questions or so), then if you should pass, you will go through interview 1 and 2, while the third stage is interestingly crazy....(Lemme not talk about that), if u luckily scale through, you sign 2 years bond? Imagine, when the bank is not even the highest paying bank, by the way, do not forget that before you can even get an invite from their U-connect abi na fansconnect, you need to be 24 yrs or below! Oma se o! Iya n je wa ni country yi gan o.

Anyway, we are crossing our legs like tunlex01. GOD bless our hustles.

yetseyi: I landed @ my home 11pm only 2 chek my mail d nxt day 2 see a mail frm dem inviting me 4 panel interview d nxt day by 5pm or so .
and 2 write 3 essays . 1 wz 800 words and I tink d oda 2 wz abt 1000 words and 2 bring dem alond 2 d nxt phase of d interview. and one of d essay's is why do u want 2 sign a 2yr bond.

I have not heard from them and they were suppose to call one week after the exam.

PLEASE HAS ANYBODY HEARD FROM U-CONNECT ESPECIALLY FOR DIRECT/FIELD SALES OFFICER FOR THE ISP COMPANY RECRUITMENT 2013?

Please let's meet here because its taking too long and don't know their method of notification and its taking TOO LONG.

deobking: My point exactly! its quite frustrating how employers and recruitment firms keep mute on candidates' results outcome.

Be it positive or negative result...we should be notified to start or forge ahead...life goes on buh at least notification..its quite frustrating.
