Hello everyone,am new on this site.please I need advice on how to get a flat tummy,I had a baby 8months ago and I still look like am 5months pregnant.am a very slim person and I don't want to lose any weight but just the belly fat. Pls help

Exercise all d way!watch out for what u eat.aerobics will do cos it will burn everywhere. U can do bicycle crunches for ur tummy specifically.google d best exercise for u.it will take time but with determination u will get there.

what you eat is very very very important in other to lose belly fat. Also, portion control is extremely important. DO NOT overeat. Avoid processed food and drink plenty of water. Try to do exercises example, strength training, pilates, yoga,barre, cardio, etc. plenty free videos on youtube.
