Our process is similar like you already know but in the course of the event they mentioned that about 12 persons would be required, what I haven't figured out yet is if this number would proceed to the next stage or would receive the offer.

I can affirm that invites are being sent out via telephone for interviews with the country manager, line managers as well as a facility tour. Those who have done theirs would be expecting their offers by the coming week.

NB: stay original and be yourself cos they just want to get to know you and also find out if you can fit into the Tenaris working environment.

I reckon if you are in Nigeria it will be a face to face interview and if outside Nigeria it will be a telephone interview.

AM in Nigeria and I did the HR interview via phone. Am going for an experience position and not the graduate selection stuff. 2weeks after the HR interview which was conducted from Italy (via phone)I got a mail saying it was successful and that my profile has been forwarded to the Line Manager. So am guessing I will be doing another interview with the Line Manager and then may be the country manager. I really don't know if the line manager interview is a face to face interview or a phone interview. if any of you know what am to expect please let me know. THANK YOU!

i, along with @AB Engine was one of the finalists 4 d PH recruitment process. we were sent success mails since July. but up till nw no calls yet from Pablo. some ppl have been called here in ph n they've done their line manager interviews.
