Sorry which Uyo are you talking about? The guy who kidnapped Stemco workers for ransom, the guy who operated illegal motor park in Ikot Ekpene called 'ndito edidiaso' where all sorts of crime and illegality was the order of their operations. This is a motor park where Indian hemp was sold openly like groundnut.

Has he cleared his name from the Kidnap Saga? It quite sad that such a personality will force himself on the good people of Ikot Ekpene as their chairman. These and many other 'allegations' are hanging on his neck.

He should first clear his name from these and turn a new leaf.

It's quite sad that in Nigeria we do not have any moral standards again that is why a known criminal will seek for and occupy an elective post. Very sad indeed.

By the way, what is the rationale about this article on nairaland? How many people know him outside Akwa Ibom state?

'INTEGRITY' you said Who doesn't know that these days court cases are bought. Akpabio versus Udoedehe bought, Akpabio versus Frank Okon bought; Asikpo, Joe Ukpong versus Aloysius Etuk bought. So what are you saying

@ finebadtboy. If the judicial system is as bad as you try to paint it, then Nigeria wouldn't exist. Have you not heard of the rule of law? What are you insinuating?

you make me laugh mr Kantville. Is there anything like the rule of law in this country? Rule of law left with our late president yar adua, may he soul rest in peace. How many people have been indicted for corruption and what has been done about those people? Hembe was indicted during stock exchange. Lawan and otedola, nuhu ribadu fuel subsidy report and many other reports, have indicted a lot of people, what is the law saying. At the end of the day they will be asked to pay a fine of 40, 000 case closed.

I know this country better than you do. If you are really into the workings of government then you should know they are all bunch of corrupt greedy men including your noise making propaganda governor.

finebadtboy, I will advice you to be ethical in your comments. When last did you check the meaning of the words "libel" and "slander" ?

@ Kantville it's quite unfortunate that people like you who have decided to pitch tents with the likes of Uyo is talking about ethics. Don't just act as if you do not know the massive fraud that is committed by the government in power. Everybody can't be gullible like you are.

You seem to be a beneficiary so you won't see things differently.

Yeah. He was buried yesterday.

Funny enough. The guy was my uncle.

If you see the way he was celebrated, you'd think he was one of Saint.

Nigeria has a long way to go!
