Yes i did, but i think its becoming outdated. These student are being punished because they refused to sing the matching in song,some because they refused to buy a one thousand naira T.Shirt and a J.S.S two girl was given 20 strokes of the cane on her palms for talking or disturbing on the assembly ground. My opinion Students can be punished different ways aside flogging,but teachers should be able to determine when its turning to abuse.
