Feels good to be here, where those in practice and those aspiring to be builders can relate with the sole, aim of sharing and learning new things about the built environment.
I fall in the category of "aspiring builders". Having completed my ND in a federal polytechnic, I'm undergoing a 1yr Industrial training in a building construction company at the moment. Still finding it difficult to strike a balance between field experience and classroom experience. While I did well in the classroom (God's grace), I've not been doing too well on site practice. Could it be because of my being a newbie in field practice?
@ op, kudos to you for opening this thread
