All i beg make we talk about Gtbank....By GTB Management
Dear Colleagues and Esteemed Stakeholders:
We have been paying a lot of attention to your

Agbabiaka (JKA), on work ing conditions at
Guaranty Trust Bank PLC and are deeply
humbled by the passion and intensity of your
comments, which confirm your interest in the
success of our great organization.
As always,we appreciate feedback from all our
stakeholders regarding how we can improve our
performance as an organization and continue to

room for new individuals and fresh ideas as
part of an ongoing rejuvenating programme.
You are however our valued stakeholders and
we are listening to your suggestions and
advise.Kindly know that each comment you

utmost attention, as we strive to truly further
improve ourselves as individuals and as an
institution.
We have therefore set up a dedicated URL

responses to all grievances and enquiries, whilst
calling on you to make suggestions on how best
we can sustain Guaranty Trust Bank pic as a
Proudly African andTruly international

presently have people online to discuss areas
of concern with you.

Unfortunate
As an interested observer,i find these expressions of
feeling both sad and poignant.
The one unique quality i felt GTB possessed in
spades was the soundness and quality of its staff. I
fear this is being frittered away. It may not show in
the balance sheets today, but it is a precious thing to
lose all the same. I hope corrections can be made at
the helm..

Waoh!!! Its highly
Waoh!!! Its highly unfortunate for a brand like GTB,
a bank that the average Nigerian sees as the
epitome and future of banking excellence to treat
its staff like this.
What is the basis of dis-engaging/sacking its
workers if it just recently posted a PBT of over 100
Billion with about 20 Billion over the previous
financial year? In related articles, employees of the
banks with 'B' ratings were sacked? Employees with
3A*** in 3 separate evaluations was not promoted?
In a country that has high unemployment figures?
Very Harsh socio-economic conditions? A bank that
claims to be "world-class" built on core values such
as Integrity and Professionalism and approaches
customer delivery excellence with the world acclaimed
strategy of "simplicity"; sack its workers without
"notice" and "severance packages", when these
staffs without cases of gross misconduct.(to be
continued)

Segun agbaje has come on board to destroy
it.decieving the public with crazy profits yet ur

those they call senior mangement….Bayo veracrus
having to demand for sex from female employees,
Segun Fadahunsi seeing himself as a mini god, Sis
Kaf also….No wonder the brand is rotten. Its a
shame!

The good works done by Fola and uncle T will not go
down the drain in Jesus name. JKA and his cohorts
pls repent. Even some of these Ogas at the top are
scared of JKA. The late uncle T would be turning in
his grave and even Fola will not believe that the
great brand is trending on a negative path on social
media. JKA the brand is the people( your employees
inclusive). Please take care of them because God is
watchingr!

B
Would work from Monday to Friday and also work
from 8am to 6pm on Weekends, would you be on the
streets beggng every tom and harry to open
accouints, both week days and weekends just to meet
ur unachievable targets, would u wish ur children be
called names, abused and maltreated all in a bid to
keep their job. Sir, it is only in your administation
that a staff who had prenancy complications and
even lost her baby was asked to resigned because
she did not resume at the expiration of her mat
leave. We could go on and on but will all these change
you? That will be a miracle that no one will ever
believe. Sir, it is your time, have fun but remember,
you must give an account of your doings here on
earth

GTB-The bank I dreamt to work with for a long time
before God granted my request. The bank where
staff wore smiles from morning till closing. The
bank that would tell you what it can offer and what
they can’t offer before u even open an account,
where staff were treated like human beings, where u
were praised for working hard and reprimanded for
wrong doing, where u were given things required to
do ur duty, where suggestions were welcomed, where
everyone’s was happy. That was the bank of Tayo
Aderinokun-bless ur memory. The MD, Mr Segun
Agbaje, with all due respect Sir. if you were just
like every other staff of GTBank, not like the Head
of HR and Corpoerate Affairs and other sycophants
who do not and will never tell you the truth, would be
happy working iin GTB today?
