rodeo0070: I prefer Habib Koité. From Senegal though based in Mali. He released his first album, Muso Ko which rose to #3 on the European World Music Charts. Two tracks from Muso Ko, I Ka Barra and Din Din Wo, were included with Microsoft Windows Vista, exposing his music to millions of listeners. His follow-up album, Ma Ya also did very well. Never knew Habib Koite was from Senegal, interesting ![]() |

Youssou Ndour- sama guent gui (my dream) , the song is about a dream that made him think further about the sense of life, this is the acoustic version https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KPE4X1u_wfg He made a remix of the song with the rapper Pacotille, in 2003 if i'm not mistaken https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NwijcIKqbxk |
