According to the federal Centers for Disease Control, he's 4 times more likely than his African- American classmate to be a regular cocaine user. According to the Justice Department, if he's arrested on drug charges, he's 1-½ times more likely than his white classmate to be sent to prison.

White high-school students who are current users of cocaine: 4.1%1

How shameless the government is that they are aware that white kids are more likely to do and sell drugs but black kids are more likely to be jailed and they have done nothing about it. Most white kids think selling and doing drugs is cool and they know they will get away with it. The about of white rich kids who just do it for kicks and giggles is quiet astounding.
